About Me

My name is Mr. Bindus. I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Penn State University in 1994. I have been teaching for the Hamburg Area School District since 1998. I recently received my Master's Degree in Education from Wilkes University and am still working on furthering my education. I really do believe we are all lifetime learners.

I live in an old barn on a very large potato farm in Sugarloaf, Pennsylvania. I raise some peacocks and help out with the horses on the farm. I have one cat named Blueberry. I also am very interested in freshwater and marine fish. I have always been a big animal lover. In addition, I like to garden and study and learn about different kinds of plants.

In my spare time, I like to paint and use my artistic abilities to relax. I enjoy golf, swimming, tennis, and walking/running. I love to read and am a huge fan of fantasy and science fiction. I love music and I also enjoy watching movies and some TV series.
