Virtual Break Zone

     Welcome to the Virtual Break Zone where you can find tools to help you get back in the Green Zone. We have activities, music and more to choose from. Set a timer and take 5 to 10 minutes on an activity and then get back to whatever you were doing.

     Don’t forget you can also contact Mrs. Vega (tabveg@hasdhawks.org), Mrs. Anderson (cheand@hasdhawks.org) or Mrs. Brown (melbro@hasdhawks.org) if you need someone to talk to. We check our emails several times a day and can set up a time to talk with you or email with you.
